APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – An Appleton woman convicted of human trafficking was sentenced to seven years in prison Thursday
28-year-old Shawna Baxter forced a “low functioning adult” to perform sex acts while taking the money and was sentenced to five years in prison for that incident.
Baxter was also convicted off harboring several runaway children, providing them with meth and injecting them with drugs, and was sentenced to two years in prison.
