OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Oshkosh Police have made two arrests in an investigation of assaults that occurred September 8 in the city of Oshkosh.
An 18-year-old male and a 20-year-old male both from Green Bay were taken into custody Thursday afternoon in the city of Green Bay.
The 18-year-old was taken into custody for 3 counts of Party to the Crime of Substantial Battery, Battery, and Party to the Crime of Robbery.
The 20-year-old was taken into custody for 3 counts of Party to a Crime of Substantial Battery, 5 counts of Felony Bail Jumping and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police believe the assaults were random.
