DE PERE, WI (WTAQ) – A woman is alleging that she was grabbed and assaulted near St. Norbet College early Friday morning.
The alleged incident took place while she was walking on the 800 block of 3rd Street in De Pere and was approached by a man at around 3 AM.
The man got out of his older green vehicle and attempted to grab her, but she was able to break away and call the police.
