GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A North Carolina man arrested in Wrightstown for child enticement has asked a judge to dismiss one of the counts against him.
35-year-old Richard Davenport was arrested for allegedly offering money to juveniles for sex in August.
According to the complaint, Davenport had suspicious interactions with at least three children but denied offering one boy money.
No hearing for the motion has been set.
Court records show Davenport is also facing a child pornography charge after images of children were found on his phone.
