Green Bay Restaurant Week Canceled; High Food Costs, Labor Shortage Cited

GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Green Bay Restaurant Week is cancelled.

In a social media post Wednesday afternoon, Discover Green Bay CEO Brad Toll says rising costs and a labor shortage made the event unfeasible for local restaurants.

The week, which features special, often discounted menus at area restaurants, has been going on for nine years.

They hope to return in 2023.
