MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – Manitowoc Police is looking for two masked suspects who stole items from an apartment complex that had recently been damaged by fire.
Residents of the Parkview Haven apartments were still displaced by the May fire when the thefts occurred in early June.
Multiple units were affected.
