OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – A second person has died in last week’s Lake Winnebago seaplane crash.
Authorities say 87-year-old Ray Johnson of Minnesota was piloting the plane when it likely hit a wave upon takeoff. He reportedly passed on Monday.
Seventy-one-year-old Diane Linker died during the incident, which happened during EAA AirVenture.
The third person on board was treated and released.
