OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – An 18-year-old Seymour man has been ordered to stand trial on charges that he caused a fatal traffic crash.
Blake Doxtator has waived his preliminary hearing on one felony count of Homicide by Negligent Use of a Vehicle.
Doxtator is accused of driving at speeds near 100 miles per hour in Oneida last October when he reportedly lost control of his vehicle, striking and killing a 13-year-old boy.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled for July 5.
