ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) – A special meeting of The Green Bay-Brown County Professional Football Stadium District has been scheduled for Tuesday.
The group is responsible for administering Lambeau Field sales tax and offering grants which support tourism activity.
The agenda item for the closed session on Tuesday is for negotiation strategy regarding possible support of an event at Lambeau Field through District Special Events and Economic Development Fund and/or Ticket Tax.
There is speculation that this could be for a concert in 2019 at the field, but the Packers have made no announcement at this time.
