GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – A man accused of threatening a Green Bay Police officer has a cash bond of $50,000.
33-year-old Elliot Wilber posted a video on YouTube in which he threatened the life and safety of a Green Bay Police officer who was involved in the shooting of Jonathan Tubby last month at the Brown County Jail.
In court Monday, Wilber said he wants to find an attorney from out of state.
