GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Investigators have determined what was inside a suspicious package that prompted the evacuation of an NWTC dorm and neighboring business.
Authorities say the small bottle with exposed wires contained part of an old phone line.
Tuesday’s evacuation lasted roughly 90 minutes.
