OSHKOSH (WTAQ) – The Oshkosh and UW-Oshkosh P-D say a 27-year-old Oshkosh man was arrested Sunday in connection with an attempted sexual assault.
Police say he tried to assault a woman walking alone near campus, near Irving Avenue and Cherry Street, early Sunday morning.
She was able to escape after people nearby chased the man away.
