MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A bomb threat at the 2300 block of Waldo Blvd. in the City of Manitowoc brings a big response.
The call came in for a disturbance at 1:16 a.m. Sunday morning.
One business reported a bomb threat from a 22-year-old Two Rivers man.
Employees were evacuated and the scene was investigated for three hours by the Manitowoc Police and Fire Dept.
Bomb sniffing K-9’s from the Brown County’s Sheriff’s Office and Green Bay Police Department also investigated the scene.
Officers were unable to match the incoming calls from the man.
Once the building was cleared employees were able to return to work.
The 22-year-old man is being held at the Manitowoc County Jail on charges of Bomb scares and Disorderly Conduct.
