Fox River Body Identified as Missing Woman

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – Authorities have identified the body that was pulled from the Fox River on Saturday. 

Investigators say it was 20-year-old Caitlyn Xiong of Appleton, who had been missing since October 5.
