OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – An Oshkosh man is facing charges for the overdose death of a man and a woman caused by fentanyl that he allegedly sold.
39-year-old Desmond Burns is said to be responsible for the June 2017 death of a New London man and the May 2017 death of an Appleton woman.
He could face between 20 years and a lifetime in prison if convicted.
