TOWN OF OMRO, WI (WTAQ) – Officials in Winnebago County need your help finding the driver of a truck who tried speaking to a group of children Wednesday afternoon.
According to sheriff’s deputies, the man pulled into a driveway in the Town of Omro where children were playing outside in the yard.
The incident, officials say, is concerning because a similar situation happened at the same location two weeks before and is believed to be the same truck.
The man is described as an older white man with white hair and possible facial hair, wearing glasses. Witnesses also say a small white dog was inside the vehicle.
The truck is described as an early 2000’s silver or gray Chevrolet Silverado, It’s possible the truck has four doors and has a color-matching topper, similar to the one in the photo above.
