GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Green Bay Police is urging people to take steps to ensure the packages they order this Christmas season make it under the tree.
Captain John Laux says they received plenty of these sort of theft reports last year.
“You can designate a time of delivery. You can have a neighbor watch out for your package, if they’re going to be home.”
If that isn’t an option, Laux suggests having packages delivered to your workplace.
He also urges people to require a signature upon delivery and to place insurance on packages.
