BELLEVUE, WI (WTAQ) – A plan to build about $18 million worth of new development in Bellevue received approval Wednesday night.
According to the plan, a mix of single family homes, apartments and an assisted living facility will be built near the corner of Ontario and Eaton Road.
The village board approved the plan, three to one.
According to the developer, 41 single family homes will be built in the area.
Each of these would cost buyers between $250,000 – $300,000.
Eight high-end apartment buildings are also in the works.
Each unit would go for about $1,100 a month.
