MINNEAPOLIS, MN (WTAQ) – The Wisconsin Badgers have capped off a perfect regular season.
UW beat rival Minnesota 31-0 Saturday, improving to 12-0 (9-0 Big Ten).
Quarterback Alex Hornibrook had a very efficient day, finishing 15-19 for 151 yards and three touchdowns.
Freshman sensation Jonathan Taylor led the way on the ground, recording 149 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries.
The defense also did its part, holding the Golden Gophers to 133 yards of total offense.
While Minnesota’s season has come to an end, Wisconsin heads to Indianapolis next Saturday to face Ohio State for the Big Ten championship.
