TOWN OF BLACK WOLF, WI (WTAQ) – The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after a horse was shot.
Officials say the shooting was reported in the 4400 block of Oregon Street in the Town of Black Wolf late Friday night. Deputies searched the immediate area, but found nothing out of the ordinary.
Deputies say the horse was treated for its gunshot wound, and they’re trying to figure out if the shooting was intentional.
