ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) – The tree that will stand outside Lambeau Field this holiday season has been delivered.
On Monday, the spruce was cut down at Stephanie Wendt of Green Bay’s house and transported.
Jill Brink is Wendt’s relative.
“To have our tree there for Christmas, for the Packers, is great.”
The tree will be decorated with more than 10,000 lights and lit up for Saturday’s Festival of Lights event.
The free event starts at 5 pm in the Lambeau Field Atrium.
