BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – A 19-year-old Green Bay man has been convicted of fatally shooting his friend.
Bryant Ellis has pleaded no contest to killing Andrew Tohulka at a Green Bay residence in February.
Two other counts were dismissed.
Ellis reportedly told officers that the two were drinking and smoking marijuana that night, claiming he didn’t know the gun was loaded.
He will be sentenced in March.
