MARQUETTE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A Fox Valley man is charged with marijuana possession following a traffic stop in Marquette County.
Deputies say Cole Southworth, 20, of Harrison, was pulled over Feb. 19 around 9:45 p.m. in the town of Packwaukee for traffic violations and suspicious behavior.
During the traffic stop, a strong odor of marijuana was noted coming from the vehicle, official say.
Southworth admitted to the deputy that he did have marijuana in the vehicle.
After a search of the vehicle, the deputy found 294.5 grams of marijuana inside.
Southworth was subsequently arrested.
