GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ)- An owner of recently robbed fast food restaurants says enough is enough.
An armed robbery Tuesday in Green Bay is the 7th reported robbery done with a knife.
Two subway restaurants were among those targeted.
Pat Buckley, owner of both Subway’s is feeling frustrated.
“It can’t be a reactive approach towards it. Now we need to look at more of a proactive approach from the Police Department.”
Police warn workers of robbed businesses not to try to stop the robbery and be the hero, and Buckley says he agrees with that.
“The maybe $50 dollards or $100 dollars you are going to get out of the register, it’s not worth it.
Fast food restaurants have been the main target.
