GRAND CHUTE, WI (WTAQ) – A fiery crash in Outagamie County early Friday leads to one person’s arrest for alleged drunk driving.
Authorities say it happened on Interstate 41 near Lynndale Drive in Grand Chute around 2 a.m.
The driver was heading the wrong way on the northbound side, when the vehicle left the road and slammed into a pole. Upon arrival, officers saw smoke coming from the vehicle before bursting into flames.
No one was hurt. The driver was arrested for OWI.
