GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – If you plan to do something outdoors this weekend, you might want to get it done by Saturday afternoon — and then look for a cool and dry place inside.
The National Weather Service says showers and thunderstorms are likely statewide from Saturday afternoon at least through Tuesday. And there’s a chance of severe weather Saturday in southern Wisconsin, and Sunday in central and east central areas.
Forecasters in western Wisconsin say the warmth and humidity might cause heat illnesses to those most vulnerable — even though the actual highs are not expected to get above the low 80’s.
