APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – The teenager charged with attacking a woman on an Appleton trail has waived his preliminary hearing.
According to online court records, 17-year-old Milan Stewart did so Monday. An arraignment date has not been set for Stewart, who faces 4 felony charges.
Police say Stewart allegedly attacked a woman running on the Newberry Trial July 4. Stewart says he thought the woman was a friend of his, and that he only meant it as a joke.
