FREEDOM, WI (WTAQ) – Outagamie County deputies are asking for the public’s help in identifying the person who robbed the Dollar General store in the town of Freedom on Wednesday.
At approximately 9 PM, the Sheriff’s Office was notified of a robbery at the store. An unknown adult, possibly a male, entered the store wearing women’s clothing and a large winter coat. This person demanded money from the clerk and then fled the store on foot.
Officers arrived on scene within minutes and were able to track the path the subject took while fleeing. They were not able to locate the suspect.
