TOWN OF DALE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Fremont man has been charged with his eighth OWI offense after deputies found him near the scene of a car accident with a revoked license.
Authorities arrested 59-year-old Allen Mande after a two-car accident outside of a bar in the Town of Dale on February 11th.
According to the criminal complaint, Mande admitted to deputies he was drunk but would not submit to standardized field sobriety tests. He’s currently being held at the Outagamie County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
