Bellevue, WI (WTAQ) – The Bellevue Fire Commission has cleared Chief Brad Muller of misconduct allegations brought by the union.
A total of 14 charges were filed by the International Association of Firefighters Local 141.
The commission ruled that most of the charges failed to prove who was harmed, or what rules were broken.
The union claimed its members were put in harms way because, among other things, leadership failed to order equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
Muller’s attorney says they’re considering legal action against the union.
