BROWN COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – The Brown County Sheriff’s Office has released a composite sketch of a suspect believed to be the suspect in a strong-armed robbery earlier this month.
Deputies say a 14-year-old boy was riding his bicycle on the Fox River Trail on August 7 when a man riding on a rusty, motorized bike came up behind him and knocked him off his bike into some brush.
According to the teen, the man was trying to steal his headphones wrapped around the handlebars of his bike.
The two scuffled and the suspect gave up and left the scene, which was near mile marker 9 in the Town of Rockland. That’s just south of De Pere.
The suspect is described as white, in his 20s, about 6′ tall, weighing about 130 pounds.
