OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – An Oshkosh man has pled not guilty for the murder of Stacey Strange.
30-year-old Samson Gomoll returns to court for a status conference on November 6, according to online court records. A trial date has not been set.
Gomoll is accused of shooting Strange, his girlfriend, during an argument on September 20.
If convicted of first-degree intentional homicide, Gomoll would automatically get life in prison.
