GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Fire officials say two people had to be treated for smoke inhalation after an apartment fire in Green Bay.
Authorities say it started at an apartment building on Pine Street around 9 p.m. Sunday. A resident didn’t put out a cigarette correctly, and it sparked a fire in the living room, according to officials.
The fire, which was kept to one unit, caused about $5,000 in damage.
The two residents were displaced.
