GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – One of the suspects accused of stealing funds from the Brown County D.A.R.E. program has pled not guilty.
In Brown County court Monday, Early Fuller entered that plea to charges of theft and obstruction.
Fuller will stand trial on February 10.
Investigators say Fuller and former Brown County Sheriff’s Department officer Kevin Vanden Heuvel stole thousands of dollars from the D.A.R.E. fund. They primarily sold fake parking passes in the Kmart lot near Lambeau Field.
Vanden Heuvel is scheduled to stand trial on January 13.
