APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – Fox Valley officials are conducting a study of a four-and-a-half mile stretch of West College Avenue from downtown Appleton to Appleton International Airport.
Traffic on that stretch of road is particularly bad each year on Black Friday. One of the busiest intersections in the Fox Valley is where College meets Nicolet Road, just west of Interstate 41.
The East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission is looking for changes which could be made to make that area safer.
Residents have until the end of the year to give online feedback, with results published next spring.
