WAUTOMA, WI (WTAQ) – Authorities say a registered sex offender who cut off his monitoring bracelet and left a Wautoma facility has been caught.
Waushara County Sheriff Jeff Nett confirms that Lloyd Pitzen was arrested.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Pitzen was taken into custody in Mesquite, Nevada.
Pitzen was convicted of violating the sex registry rules on at least 3 occasions, according to online court records.
He was banned from the Neenah Library in 2010 after he was found inappropriately touching himself in the youth section.
