(WNFL)- A judge in Florida will decide by the end of the week whether Packers’ nose tackle Letroy Guion will get back a pick-up truck and 190,000 dollars seized in a drug arrest. Guion appeared at a civil forfeiture hearing yesterday, where he asked Judge Philip Pena to make police return what they confiscated on February 3rd. That’s when police said they caught Guion driving in more than one lane, and an officer smelled marijuana after stopped his vehicle. Officers said they found 357 grams of marijuana in the truck as well as Guion’s nine millimeter handgun. The arrest took place in Guion’s home town of Starke Florida. He’s charged with felony counts of possessing marijuana, and carrying a gun with illegal drugs. The 27-year-old Guion signed with Green Bay last spring as a free agent from Minnesota. He’ll be a free agent again in March.
