The agent for running back DuJuan Harris says the Green Bay Packers have declind to extend a qualifying tender offer to the restricted free agent and he will be released from the team. After a strong finish to the 2012 season when he started both playoff games, Harris was in line to be the starting running back in 2013 even after Green Bay drafted Eddie Lacy in the second round. Harris got hurt in camp and Lacy became the NFL’s offensive rookie of the year. Harris made the team last year as the third string back behind Lacy and James Starks but rarely played on offense. He became the primary kickoff return man but averaged only 20.7 yards on 22 returns.
