(WNFL)- After a day off, the Milwaukee Brewers and Saint Louis Cardinals will resume their three-game series tonight at Busch Stadium. Both teams have trouble scoring runs. The Brewers scored just 16 times in their first six games before putting five across the plate in their victory over the Cardinals on Monday. The Cardinals left 13 runners on base in that game, while going just 2-13 with runners in scoring position. Saint Louis has stranded 50 runners so far this season. That’s the most in the National League and the fourth-highest in the Majors. Right-hander Wily Peralta will start for Milwaukee tonight against Cardinals’ right-hander Lance Lynn. All players and on-field personnel will wear Number 42 tonight in honor of Jackie Robinson something Major League Baseball has done for every game on April 15th since 2009.
