(WNFL) – Wisconsin running back Corey Clement is now a candidate for two national post-season awards. The junior was among 69 players named to a watch list for the Doak Walker Award, given to the nation’s top running back. Ex-Badger Melvin Gordon won the honor last year, when Clement ran for 949 yards and 11 total touchdown as Gordon’s main backup. Clement has also been named a candidate for the Maxwell Award.
