MADISON – Six Wisconsin Badgers players scored in double figures to lead the Badgers to a 95-50 win over Prairie View A&M on Sunday.
Nigel Hayes led the Badgers with a season-high 17 points.
Ethan Happ had 12 points and 13 rebounds while Bronson Koenig and Zak Showalter both scored 11 points. D’Mitrik Trice and Khalil Iverson finished the parade of double-figure scorers with 10 points each.
With Prairie View A&M having no player listed taller that 6-4, the Badgers pounded the ball inside, outscoring the Panthers 42-18 in the paint and holding a 44-26 rebounding margin.
