The Wisconsin Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association unveiled its 2019 all-state softball teams on Thursday with Seymour’s Chloe Evans getting player of the year honors for Division 2.
In Division 1, Sydney Supple of Oshkosh North shared honors with Maddie Gardener of Sun Prairie.
The Division 3 player of the year is Casey Fountain of Poynett. Horicon’s Allison Tillema got Division 4 player of the year honors with in Division 5, the honor went to Sadie Willborn of Belmont.
Jeff Hodgson of Belmont was named the coach of the year.
Ashwaubenon’s Katelyn Cleveland, Bay Port’s Maddy Ehlke, Denmark’s Sophia Kinjerski and Seymour’s Paige Weyer were named to the second team.
Cady Isom of Appleton North and Dinah King of Seymour got honorable mention.
On the small schools all-state team, Kourtney LeRoy of Mishicot and Lexi Wery of Southern Door made the first team, Madelin Prokash of Algoma, Carissa Juckem of Chilton and Morgan Durand of Oconto made the second team. Taylor Krueger of Mishicot and Grace LeGrave of Southern Door received honorable mention.
