Police Presence Along East River Trail in De Pere, Police to Announce More Soon

DE PERE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — There is a large police presence along the East River Trail in De Pere.

Officers have gathered in the area of Black Earth Drive on the city’s northeast side.
