TOWN OF FRIENDSHIP, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A motorcyclist was flown to the hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Fond du Lac County.
It happened just before 8:30 p.m. Sunday on County Road RP/Van Dyne Rd., south of Cemetery Rd. in the town of Friendship.
Deputies say the motorcyclist was driving northbound on County Road RP/Van Dyne Rd. when he lost control of the motorcycle and went into the east shoulder of the roadway. The driver, a 32-year-old Oshkosh man, was ejected from the motorcycle.
Deputies say the man was not wearing a helmet and alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
