SEOUL (Reuters) – Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Jay Y. Lee, in jail after convictions for bribery and embezzlement, has qualified for parole, South Korea’s Justice Minister said on Monday.
Lee is expected to leave prison later this week, the ministry said.
