Wisconsin is mourning the loss of former men’s basketball coach John Powless.
He died yesterday at the age of 88.
Powless went 42-and-78 in Big Ten play and 88-and-108 overall during his eight seasons at UW.
He would later go on to become one of the top senior tennis players in the world.
