BROWN CO, WI (WTAQ) – Authorities are looking for a man who allegedly has been involved in at least 18 retail thefts in Brown County.
Deputies say Enrique Soto, 40, targets power tools from area Menards, Home Depot and Fleet Farm stores.
On Tuesday, officers tried to stop Soto at Home Depot on Taylor St. in Green Bay, however he drove away in his vehicle.
It is a gray 2015 Volkswagen Passat with WI license plate number 333-YMZ. He is known to use silver duct tape on the license plate to conceal the number.
The car also has a cracked windshield on the passenger side and initially had a front license plate with “Wolfsburg” on it. The front plate has been removed.
Soto is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 195 pounds.
