DE PERE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The city of De Pere is recommending residents continue mask wearing practices after tomorrow.
The city’s health department issued a Health Advisory ahead of its face mask ordinance expiration date of midnight May 5.
The advisory recommends everyone age five and older to continue wearing a face covering or mask when in any enclosed building where other people, except for members of the person’s own household or living unit, could be present, and when social distancing of six feet or more cannot be maintained or guaranteed.
De Pere had set its mask ordinance last summer to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
