TWO RIVERS, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A porch thief was behind several packages being stolen in Two Rivers, but now they’re back where they belong.
Police received several complaints from people living on the city’s north side, saying packages had been taken Friday.
With the help of citizens and surveillance video, a suspect was located.
Most of the packages were returned to the proper people.
