ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — More residents will call Titletown home in the fall.
Titletown Development LLC is now leasing units in TitletownFlats, the apartment building currently being built on the west side of Titletown, in the shadows of Lambeau Field.
The seven-story building along Brookwood Dr. and Marlee Ln., features 152 studio to three-bedroom units.
The building includes a first-floor leasing office and a two-story Amenity Center with a lounge space, game room, community kitchen and drink bar and co-working spaces.
Residents also have access to a fitness and yoga center, an outdoor grilling area and patio with fire pits, a sun deck, a private resident only dog park and a heated underground parking garage.
According to the website, prices range from $1,395 per month for a studio apartment to $3,495 per month for a three bedroom, two bathroom unit.
